Rustic Pate, served with red onion marmalade, dressed salad and olive oil croutes

Cream of garlic mushrooms, served with parmesan shavings and garlic ciabatta

Rose of melon served with a mandarin compote and fresh berries

Traditional prawn cocktail served with Marie rose sauce, dressed salad and brown bread and butter

Slow braised feather blade beef, served with creamed mashed potatoes and bacon baby onion gravy

Cheshire turkey and ham pie, served with twice cooked chips and a puff pastry lid

Poached fillet of salmon, served with buttered crushed potatoes and a tarragon and prawn cream sauce

Roasted Mediterranean vegetable, sweet pepper and plum risotto finished with a herb oil

Chocolate brownie served with a rich chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream

Lemon meringue pie served with a red berry compote and vanilla ice cream

Apple and blackberry crumble served with vanilla custard
